Contributions of a Qualitative Research
Abstract


The article gathers the contributions of a qualitative research made on the management of preschool, basic an secondary schools of the Independent Community of Andalusia. In it we speak of the complexity and the controversies that the exercise of the direction locks up: coherence and internal coordination in the management team like elements finally nail, management styles versus leadership styles, relations between the community and the Administration, and, the dimensions of the school organization like an important factor that it affects the management and of the teaching institutions.
