School Management and Academic Success in Poverty Conditions

Abstract


The most vulnerable schools in the country can raise their quality levels by having a good leadership, as well as a good administration. As such, the main actors involved in the improvement of Chilean education must not forget that even with our educational system roadblocks, it is possible to provide an education of quality.
