In this project we will try to find a creative way to classify the practices of the subject: teaching musical expression and to improve the assessment. The twofold purpose is, firstly classifying practices of the subject, and other consensus opinion between teacher and students to improve the assessment. All sessions were recorded during practices the academic year 2009/2010 and created a bank of original activities, for further sorting. The criteria taken into account were the core competencies of the matter, and the improvement of the evaluation was performed within a process of action research. The results: objective criteria for the classification of practices and improvements in the assessment.
