The information technology and communication are an important means of social appropriation of knowledge that can benefit the countries that have come late to the investigation, while enabling the consolidation of scientific communities composed of components from different backgrounds and specific training. In this regard, and as an element that has encouraged the dissemination of research on school effectiveness in Latin America, we presented the Latin American Network for Research on School Effectiveness and Change (RINACE), which ten years of existence, seven hundred members and nineteen networks that has helped foster national implementation of quality educational research, enhance the dissemination of research, promote the use of research results to improve education systems, schools and classrooms and train Latin American researchers on these issues.
