In this paper we approach the care arrangements for diversity regulated in Galicia, located in northwestern Spain, from a discourse of the actions proposed in the legislation.After reviewing different concepts that usually they are associated with the field of diversity, we focus on the analysis of the current regional rules to end by reflecting on its relevance and implication in the context of a school for all. Thus, the inclusion of students and new approaches in our country on education are the cornerstones around which revolves this work.
