Radical and inclusive approach of the training
Abstract

The starting hypothesis is that training has not been delved into it enough. The objectives are: to identify inadequacies and epistemological alternatives to training and to define a theoretical system based on consciousness. This approach develops the 'complex - evolutionary paradigm' (Herran, 2003a, 2005d) and destructive dialectics with purposes which were useful. The methodology is hermeneutic (Ricoeur, 1985; Ríos Saavedra, 2005). This research highlights the difference between the questioned and the proposed as a requirement of complementarity. It provides innovative and reflective results from a permanent contrast with literature relevant of conventional pedagogical discourse. The conclusions are summarized and discussed from two axes: the agreed paradigms and complexity, and the practical approach - reflective research professor are insufficient for training. Training requires the inclusion of five unusual pedagogical constructs. The research is based on a change in pedagogy based on consciousness for improving education. It includes a self-assessment tool for teaching awareness.
