Abstract
Social Entrepreneurship has been recognized as an element of transformation trough the creation of new markets. There is a process of identification of opportunities in areas that are not explored by the private sector as well as the public sector. The present paper aimed at the analysis of a project  in the educational area: Livro em Roda Project. This project is the proof that one idea can have a huge impact in a community if explored by an entrepreneur.
