Quality and Evaluation in non Universitarian Education Centres of Andalucía.

The educational quality is a goal that has to be reached in the next years in the educational centers Andalusian, but to obtain it is a laborious way. Along this work we will analyze the relation that is established between the educational quality, the autonomy of the centers and the evaluation of the same ones; also, we will see the different plans and projects that have been generated in Andalusia concerning the quality and the evaluation of the educational not university centers throughout the latter years. Finally, we will refer to the Model of Excellency EFQM, chosen by the Commission of Education of Andalusia as base of the evaluation of the different educational centers of the Community.
