The Systematization of Evaluation in a Learning Process based on
Shared Work Strategies

.Abstract
 

Immersed in the demand issued by the incorporation of the Spanish University in the process of European convergence, where the training processes focuses on the development of academic and professional skills and where the design of innovative proposals and community evaluators are found necessary, we, two teachers, were set for the past four academic years, to relegate the training content of the theoretical approach to favor an approximation to the reality of the professional work of the future psychologists. These paragraphs relate in a systematic way the different assessment tools designed and used in a joint training activity aimed at students in the degree of Psychology of the University of Córdoba: tools for the design and optimization of the proposed formative assessment tools for academic and professional skills, tools to regulate teamwork and tools to assess the work-sharing proposal.
