Traditionally teachers’ tasks for professionalization have been embarked without the proper theoretical or experimental foundations that substantiate the evaluation of teaching and teacher subsystem properly, so the teacher assessment is still a problem with significant limitations. This paper reviews the concept of teacher´s performance evaluation and discusses different strategies for evaluation. |
