.Abstract | ||||
This research arises from the evidence that there are effective pedagogical leadership practices that cause an impact in the school performance and achievement. The aim of this article is to know the successful practices developed by management teams of primary public schools in Spain, more specifically in Andalusia. To achieve this objective, a quantitative methodology has been used. The questionnaire "Effective practices of educational leadership in the school management" has been created and validated to collect information. This instrument has enabled to gather the practices of pedagogical leadership developed by management teams in the studied context, and to know the degree of relevance they give to them. The result findings are very wide and come from the educational professionals surveyed (head teachers, pedagogical heads, secretaries and teachers). In this article the results presented correspond to the management teams´ responses and are related to three categories of the questionnaire: "strategic management of resources", "collaboration beyond the school" and "educational goals setting and evaluation". |
