  Abstract

Inclusion of deaf students in any educational context requires the use of augmentative communication systems and the incorporation of the scientific advances that provide with resources and technical aids that make access to communication, information and knowledge possible, as a central theme in the elimination of barriers for learning and participation.

In this paper we make a description of those which we considered essential, and which must be available to deaf children with specific needs, facilitating their access to school learning in equal conditions to their hearing peers.
