  Abstract      
     
 

This paper presents an analysis of the characteristics of inclusive schools for social justice, with particular attention to those aspects directly related to leadership. This analysis begins with the study of the characteristics of these schools, among which collaborative work and the development and practice of shared values. In the second part explores the role of leading schools for social justice. He also advocates that the style of shared leadership and democratic, and a number of practices among which the creation of an inclusive culture and the creation of professional learning communities are those that characterize this leadership for inclusion and social justice.
